Agreement - Terms of use

Feedback Journey is a product created under the Norwegian company Feedbach As, 933393585, Saksarlia 8, NO-5253 Sandsli.

Feedback Journey provides a software solution for collecting feedback from customers of consultants and other service workers, and using the collected data to facilitate a process of continuously improving the customer scores.

1. General rules

1.1 Feedback Journey will provide the servies in a professional manner, in accordance with all laws applicable to the company the laws of Norway and the European Economic Area, EEC.

1.2 To use Feedback Journey, you must ensure that accurate contact and billing information is provided, agree to these terms, and accept the data processing agreement.

1.3. By signing up or using the site, you accept these Terms and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed in this document as well as you will not use the Services in a way that violates these Terms or any laws or regulations. If you violate any of it, we may suspend or terminate your account.

2. Payment terms

Current plans and prices are shown publicly on our pricing pages and inside the app. Unless we agree on something else in writing, paid plans are billed through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen billing period until they are cancelled. Taxes and VAT are added where required unless we clearly say otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date. If pricing changes, the new price will apply from the next billing period unless we explicitly agree on something else.

4. Suspension and Termination of Service

We may at our sole discretion suspend or terminate your access to the Feedback Journey at any time, with or without notice for any reason. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the solution at any time (including, without limitation, by limiting or discontinuing certain features of the solution) without notice to you. We will have no liability whatsoever on account of any change to Feedback Journey or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the solution.

5. Limitation of liability

Feedbach As will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect damage or harm due to the use of the service. This includes issues regarding access to the service, including suspension or termination of your account.

6. Content and Privacy

Feedback Journey is not responsible for any content added to the service by any user or any third party, including respondents to surveys.

The content created within your organization is yours alone, and you are responsible for making sure that the content added to your organization does not violate the rights of any individual or entity, or includes private, personal or confidential information belonging to others.

You must also ensure that your use of the service complies with these terms, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

Feedback Journey reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications to the Terms will take effect the day they are posted to the website. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to discontinue your use of the service.
